Christmas Holiday

Well can you believe it Christmas time is upon us once again.  In our busy world we all live in, it seems as though the holiday season gets here quicker every year.  The weather has been unseasonably warm here in Central Oklahoma until the now much heard of ice storm of 2007 moved thru this last week and as many as 500,000 people lost power and some are still with out it as of this posting.  I will have to say the colder weather does put you more in the mood for Christmas. My wife and I got off to kind of a late start this year on our Christmas shopping, but we did get out yesterday during the snow flurries and the cold north wind blowing and managed to get a lot of it done. This is a favorite time of the year for my wife as she certainly puts the house in a Christmas flavor what with all of her trees and decorations thru out.  I must say it does look splendid.
